Dr. Rachael Yates of Child and Adolescent Neuropsychology

Meet Dr. Yates

Dr. Rachael Yates is the founder, owner, and sole practitioner of Child & Adolescent Neuropsychology.

She received her PhD in clinical psychology from Gallaudet University and completed her pre-doctoral internship training at Children’s Hospital Colorado. After receiving her doctorate, Dr. Yates completed a post-doctoral fellowship in pediatric neuropsychology at the Kennedy Krieger Institute and The Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine. She then served as a staff neuropsychologist at the Kennedy Krieger Institute in Baltimore, Maryland where she provided neuropsychological evaluations to children and adolescents with a variety of developmental and medical conditions within the Neuropsychology Department. Dr. Yates is fluent in American Sign Language (ASL) and is uniquely skilled to offer neuropsychological evaluation to d/Deaf and hard-of-hearing children and teens.

Dr. Yates is a licensed psychologist in Maryland and the District of Columbia. Dr. Yates comes highly recommended by many local pediatricians. Child & Adolescent Neuropsychology is located in Montgomery County, Maryland, in Potomac.

Originally from San Diego, California, Dr. Yates is thrilled to be living in Maryland with her husband and two young sons.
